We believe in the basics when it comes to bread, always keeping it simple and never rushing the process. Our slow fermented sourdough breads take 48 hours to prepare, and our numerous signature starters allow us to produce a wide range of flavour profiles from the most simple ingredients of flour, water and salt.

We make our breads using top quality ingredients, no preservatives or artificial flavours and to ensure the highest quality possible, we bake our breads nightly for the freshest morning delivery. We are happy to accept orders until 2pm two days before delivery.
